How do I add additional fields to the credit card entry page?
My business has decided to require credit card street and credit card zip code on transactions for fraud prevention reasons. My site is set up to use a certain form, and those two fields are marked to show on the form, however, on my web site, those two fields are not showing up, and therefore all CC orders currently fail. How do I update my website to make these fields show? I can provide more info if needed.
