Item options (Custom Field) - Bulk Add Value

We have an item option field under our custom tab, I know not a lot of companies might not have this option but it is used for Matrix options.

The field isn't available through Custom fields and I can't even see it under Entry form. So I don't know if it's a script of something else.

Well what I'm trying to do is I have 2000 items that already have options set i.e. Size/Units, Size/Color, Units, etc etc. However I want to add a another option with the other options. I don't want to remove anything. The option I want to add is 'Reorder Period'
