M.Blanc - Product List edit mode showing extra fields

On our site, when a customer accesses their Product (Wish) Lists in MyAccount and clicks on the Edit button for an item on a list, the edit item list comes up and exposes a bunch of item column fields.

We have been able to hide these on the Item Details pages by associating a template to them in the Shopping config that makes em go away, but I haven't yet been able to find where to do that or something similar for Product Lists.

I know that I can get rid of them by removing the div that calls the ItemDetails.Options function, but we actually need a couple of the options to show up and be edited. Any thoughts on this?
