UOM in SuiteCommerce Shopping Cart

Hi,
I'm looking to set up UOM functionality in the SuiteCommerce Advanced store just as it is done in the Sales Order Record. I've built a widget on the PDP which translates all Units to Eaches and sends it to the cart. I would prefer to have full UOM functionality to allow customers to not only add and remove but even to switch from Eaches, Cases or any other Unit available in all pages include the Cart edit page. Does anybody have any ideas?
