Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Improved Shopping Cart conditions
I'd like to set up some conditions, before the order is officially submitted, by communicating between the payment gateway and NetSuite.
Currently, our shopping cart is no longer telling the customer that they have an error on their submitted information, this results in them repeatedly clicking "place your order" and we get dozens of order cancellations.
Is it possible for me add into the SSP conditions sent from the gateway to decide if there is an error and to not submit yet?
Here's a possible scenario for a customer.
Customer is from outside the US and uses a card that doesn't have an AVS service with it. Rather than the order being submitted and canceled, it sends the error "AVS not supported with this card, please contact Customer Service or use a different card."
