SCA Elbrus - Adding items to cart

Hello everyone, I have a problem and any help offered would be well appreciated.

I am currently have an item list with quantities and options selectable as well as an add to cart button so users can simply browse through the list and add items to their cart very easily. The problem is I can't find a good way to add the items to the cart. Using the URL method doesn't seem to work with items with options available and the code the other pages used seems to be split into loads of small parts and is really hard to follow.
