Allowing customers to view/download a custom record link
I built a custom record with a field of type 'document' which is used internally to upload a license file to. We made this record viewable to customers in the customer center but when a customer clicks on the link the following message occurs.
'The media item you selected is not available for preview'
Does anyone know what is cuasing this? Do I have to set some special permission to download/read the file?
