Can't add custom record links to custom centers
I just learned that a major feature I was planning on using is busted.
I had put off creating my custom centers until all my custom records and searches were created.
I created my first center, added some tabs, went to a custom record and tried to select my center/tab in the link field. Not possible, the "Section" drop down is blank.
I called support and learned that there is a DEFECT: 135564
Defect 135564 - Setup > Customization > Center tabs > New > Enter information so that this tab is for Customer Center - Edit a Custom record > Links tab > select drop down list from Section column and note that the new Center tab does not show as a selec
