Slow response on new Custom records

edited Dec 3, 2019 9:11AM in SuiteCloud / Customization 2 comments

Hi,

I have created a new custom record, not associated with any transactions. Its a bit like a list of tasks, but seperate from normal TASKS in NetSuite. So, I have setup a simple search and a dashboard view of these records.

The records are just text, and a few dropdown lists (names and categories), with no attachments, or huge lists to search through.

After I had added the first 20 or so of these records, I noticed that it was taking 2-3 minutes to refresh the view or search results. I thought maybe the backend needed to 'index' the records for performance, but it has now been 2 weeks since I created them and the response is still painfully slow when trying to list /view these results. The rest of my system is consistently 'quick'.

Howdy, Stranger!
