Search not returning correct record set

We have custom records set up due to the complex way we calculate commissions. One of our searches (list -> Search) is set to use the following fields in the corresponding manner:

Product Code: Any of 'New Machines', 'Used Machines'
At Warehouse: Yes

Several items in this record set are set to "No" for the At Warehouse field, but show up on the listing. Others that are set to "Yes" do not show up. These are the only two criteria we have set for this search. 

Any ideas, or suggestions?
