InternalId numberig of custom records.

edited Dec 3, 2019 9:10AM in SuiteCloud / Customization 2 comments

I'm wondering if someone might be able to shed some light on this.

A few months ago I noticed something odd in custom record types that we created around and since that time that auto number.  That is where "Include Name Field" is unchecked.

The Internal ID of the records will increment by 1 for a period of time ... it may be minutes and in may be hours.  Then at a point the numbering jumps by a large increment and starts incrementing by 1 again for a period of time. Listed below is a series of records created during a 12 hour period. I can't find ay reason for the way it is incrementing. (There may be a few records that were deleted in this sequence but you get the idea.)

Howdy, Stranger!
