Creating Custom field in a custom record type from saved search

I am trying to create a custom field (Last Note) in a custom record type from a saved search(Notes). Last Note should contain the latest user note entered for that record. Summary type saved search is created and I need to add Custom Record Type ID in the available filter section so this new field will take value from its respective record. Issue is I am not able to find Custom record type fields in the Available filters in saved search. So Last Note field is the same for all records.
