Pre-filling Custom Form Fields
Hi all... welcome to the new user community.
I have entered links to some custom forms in my Customer Center, and that is all working great. However, what I can't seem to figure out, is how to pre-populate the form with the user's account info, such as name.
The support form which is linked to by default in the center, does this just fine, and attaches the form (Case) to the client's account. However my other forms all end up being "annonymous"... and I have to manually change them if I wish to have them attached in the same manner. Let me repeat that these forms are linked to from inside the customer center, so the client is logged in under their account.
