Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Can't Add Transaction Body Fields To Statements
We regularly fax our forms from our desktops with no coversheet (electronically, after the PDF pops) - I have been successful in adding a "CUSTOMER FAX" field to all of my transaction forms (quote/sales order/invoice) so we can see the fax number to load in the PDF without the necessity to relaod the customer to get the fax. This is done by adding the Custom Transaction Body Field (As Evan helped me with in the second post to this folder "PDF Form Prints"... thanx) and sourcing it properly with the fax number of the customer record.
The problem here is that the only way to get this FAX element to print on a statement is to change the STORE VALUE from =FALSE to =TRUE and change to PRINT ON STATEMENT=TRUE. What this does though, is adds a column for the fax number. I do not want the fax number in the Columns. I want is as a BODY field or even a CUSTOM ELEMENT that I can place and move around, but will only print once, not once for every line item in the statement.
