Help with formulas on custom entity fields
Hi,
I'm trying to calculate a projected "next order date" on the customer record (entity)..
Right now I have a custom entity field called "WksBetweenOrders" and one called "OrderDays"
I want to default OrderDays to be {WksBetweenOrders}*7 - but is says FIELD NOT FOUND.
And then default "Next Order Date" to be the last order date (need to find out what this field is called, and if it is available) + "OrderDays"
Problem is: the documentation vaguely talks about defining a {TAG} for my custom field, but doesn't say how.. and all the examples show a custom field on a CRM form that has an ID field (which does not show up on the Customer Entity custom field form).
