Sourcing not working
I've set up two Custom Transaction Column Fields, one of type 'Free Form Text', one 'Percent'. I need each to source it's defualt value from a similarly named field in the Customer record. I've set up those fields, and they are of the same type.
Do I do this using a Formula under 'Validation and Defaulting', or using Sourcing and Filtering'? I tried setting the Source List to 'Customer' and Source From to the right field, but when testing it on a transaction the field remains blank. The customer record I'm testing with on the transaction has values in the new fields.
