View Customer from Employee

We have created Customers for each Employee; what we need is an easy way (hyperlink) to move from the Employee view of an entity to the Customer view of that same entity.
Similar in the way you can click on the "Other Relationships" to switch from say the Contact to the Customer view eg;

To https://system.netsuite.com.au/app/common/entity/custjob.nl?id=23876&whence=

So what I am hoping to achieve is a (hyperlink?) field which allows users to "click" from;
