Customizing Forms

We have a need to put additional information (fields) into a picking ticket, i.e. Bin # and # of Pieces, etc.  I can't find a table where these items would come from.  Is there an additional module that NS puts out that has more detailed warehouse management? 

When I add these fields to the PDF layout, it shows up, but the data can't be populated without a table to pull from, correct?
