Can you password protect a form?

Hi,

I would like to create a form that includes some sort of password that needs to be entered before proceeding to the details within the form.

So, for example, someone can set the password such that although the form may be accessible to numerous employees and roles, only those who know the password can enter the form.

Any thoughts?
