Journal Form Customization?

Hi -- Is it true that the journal entry form cannot be customized?  I looked for it on the list of Transaction forms and the list of Entry forms.  When that failed, as adminstrator i navigated Transactions > Financial > Make Journal Entries.  There are "New Body Field" and "New Column Field" buttons, but no "Customize" button.
