Pass contact parameters from customer center to online case form
I've got some custom HTML external online case forms that customers can use to submit cases. We are going to soon be giving our customers access to a customer center where they will be able to view their cases and transactions.
Since they are logged in, is it possible to pass their contact information (name, email, company) to those external forms? It didn't work for me on the first pass when I tried bringing it over with the form URL. (&email=<NLEMAIL>)
Is this possible? Has anyone gotten it to work? It seems like if someone is logged in, they shouldn't have to enter in all of their contact information for each case they submit. Thanks
