Custom CRM field to be updated based on Custom Entity field
I've been asked to investigate some more customization for our NetSuite environment. As I'm still swamped trying to get MY customization down before our NetSuite Go Live date, I need to open this up and ask you guys for help
The scenario we want to achieve is this:
As a Customer level (i.e. Company) we have a custom entity checkbox field "Has Support Contract?" (field ID: "custentity_has_support_contract"). This field is manually updated by our support admin team.
We want to show the status of this checkbox on support cases
So, I created a new custom CRM checkbox field, also called "Has Support Contract?" (field ID: "custevent_ticket_has_support_contract")and applied to to Cases. My thought was to change the 'Sourcing and Filtering' settings to be:
