Marketing Form - Numeric Field
We are trying to create a feedback form for customers and we would like to have a rating system ( 1 to 5 ) on the form.
For example:
Quality of product
1 2 3 4 5
Customer service level
1 2 3 4 5
We have created custom records and custom fields to store information captured from the online customer form, and from my understanding, the only option is to use list/record field type.
The problem with this is that list/record is not numeric field therefore, we won't be able to generate report on customer feedback, containing average customer score.
Is there any way that we can have this rating system on online customer form?
