Promocode not forcing

Hello

I have created a custom registration form for our website.
Via a promotional url I am passing a promocode to the form. The promocode appears when the form loads, but upon completing the form and arriving at the website, the promocode is not being passed.

I suspect it has to to with the field "Redirect to url" on the "setup work flow" tab. Is there a parameter I need to add to http://www.wineboxwarehouse.com.au in that field to pass the promocode?

And before you jump in with, "that's easy - ?promocode=xxxxx" I already know that. What I'm trying to do is use the same form for multiple promotion urls. If I have 100 different promocodes, I have to create 100 different promotional urls. I really hope I don't have to create 100 instances of the same form too!
