HTML Pick Ticket
We have a custom PDF picking ticket form where we included three custom elements where we source information that is not available on the transaction form. By example, we source the bill-to information on the PDF layout by selecting a custom element and mapping the element text to {billaddress}.
We want to do the same thing on the HTML form. Support instructed us to create a custom transaction body field and to source that into the body section. We don't want to do that. We do not want to have this place in the list of body fields.
Can this be done?
