Using fields populated from different forms

edited Dec 3, 2019 11:50AM in SuiteCloud / Customization 1 comment

I'm looking to use a custom entity field on a Project form that's populated in the Customer form.  The general idea is this:

Customer purchases X product, which is a Multiple Select field type.
I then create a Project for this customer, and would like to see the Product listed in the Primary Information, much like the Customer name is listed.

I've tried creating a secondary custom entity field whose default value is the product, but it is null, so obviously not pulling from the Customer record.

Is there any way to do this?

Howdy, Stranger!
