Element data style - custom pdf layout

I am trying to make a Custom PDF Layout for small item barcode labels to go on our products.

I want to add new elements so the label will show custom field data that is detailed in my inventory item record, i.e. I set up new fields in my inventory item records. For example I have a new field called LABEL NAME which is short label name for the inventory item name/number and now I want this data to appear when I print the labels above the barcode.

However when I go to Print Item Labels to select what items I want to print there are only preset opens to tick (price, display name etc) and my LABEL NAME field does not show up and an option I can tick and select to appear on the label print out?
