Employee Static Group

I have a Transation Body Field on a Sales Order setup as Type List/Record, that I want to allow somebody to pick either an employee, or an Employee Static Group.  Is that possible?  In the List/Record options on the field setup, I can choose Employee, but that does not include the Static Groups.
