Online case form duplicate leads
Hi All
I have setup a online case form (HTML FORM) what i need is, when a user submits a case, if the email is already exist in the system, it should update existing customer record, if not it should create a new lead in the system.
but my system creating new lead everytime. not updating existing custome rrecord if teh email is exist
i do not know if i need to do something under Support Preferences
but i can not leave blank Anonymous Customer Placeholder
Please help me out on this.
