Frustrated trying to understand syntax used in formulas
For someone with a programmers background, I am still trying to understand what goes on under the hood of Netsuite.
The current task here is to append (or prepend) a field contents to another fields contents. The only reason I am doing this is I can't figure out why certain fields in an external Sales Order are not visible to someone viewing the same Sales Order internally, ie. A customer creates a sales order, we can't see a custom field, and even the customer can't see the same field when they review their newly created sales order.
If anyone knows why, I'd love to shout you a beer to tell me.
