Quotes in Different Languages

We want to create a single quote form which can be printed out in multiple languages within NS with custom elements (text) created in the Custom PDF Layout maker.

Right now, it appears, that we need to create a single PDF layout for each custom form - which means, each language will be its on own form. (not ideal).

Is there anyway of avoiding having a form for each language besides building a custom solution?
