Case form within the NetSuite UI?

Trying to add a Custom Center tab which contains a link to a Customer Service Case form - this is to be used as an internal IT helpdesk support form.
I can get everything to link together, but only with the form taking over the whole of the screen rather than staying within the standard NS UI.

Can this be done?
