Installed Bundle of Custom Forms Not Working

We've made some custom forms in our production account and bundled them up with their corresponding scripts.  Chose all the default bundle building options.

Installed this bundle into our sandbox without error, but when we open up these new forms they don't reflect the changes we made.

What am I missing?
