Can Employee Center users select a PO form?

We use multiple PO forms (for inventory and non-inventory purchases), and I want Employee Center users to be able to choose from the custom form list.  However, this field doe not appear for Employee Center users....they only see the default preferred form, or their Employee Center role's preferred form.

Is there any way to allow Employee Center users a choice of PO forms?
