fILE UPLOAD FROM VENDOR CENTER IN A CUSTOM, FIELD

I have created a custom record, in that i have a field type document.
i published this in vendor center.
but i can not see that field in vendor center when i open that form.
as well i can not see files sublist tab also.

any chance we can accomplish.

All i need is, vendor should able to upload a file from vendor center login to in a custom form field.
