Purchase Price Field

Dear Community,

Purchase Price on Item Record is a built-in field on Netsuite.  Is there anyway to set access restriction for other roles.  I do not want to let other teams see the cost of the item, either through viewing the item record or pulling the field from a saved search/report.  I know that this kind of implementation works on custom fields.  Are there any solutions or enhancements to build field security.
