forcing a (-) to the Qty column field on Inv Adjustment
On the custom Inv Adj form, we want to force the negative sign to "Adj Qty By" column field of each Line Item when a custom body field on the form is selected. FOr example,
Custom body field: Adjust Type is a drop-down list.
If Adjust Type is "decrease", insert a negative sign (-) before the cursor or user's entering a qty value for "Adjust Qty By".
In other words, by all means the Inv Adjusment has to have negative "Adjust Qty By" on each line item.
Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks.
update: Since this is the standard column field that expects numeric value, a popup error will be triggered.
