New Form produced from a quote

Hi,

I need to produce a form to our shipping company so that they can quote on a shipping price for our customer.

At the moment we need to manually do this. Idealy I would like to be able to produce a "Shipping Quote Request" that pulls information from a Sales Quote that we have done for our customer and takes item information like qty, dimensions and weight. We could then email this request to our shipping company for them to give us a shipping price. Once we have this we will then update the customers quote and send my email.
