Screen Pop URL - Display Customer Record or Dashboard by Phone Number in URL
I am using a Fonality.com phone system that gives you the option to launch a URL with variables pulled from the call. The most reliable variable from the phone system would be the phone number the call is coming in from...
The idea here being that when a new call comes in, it would launch either the customer record or the customer dash board associated with the phone number that the call is coming in from, so that the agent answering the phone will already have the necessary info to handle the call pulled up in front of them immediately.
