Add a child record to a newly created subtab

I have created a new custom Contents subtab off of a item fulfillment form.  In addition I have a new custom child contents record which I would like to have added as a list on this new subtab.  The issue we are having is this list of child contents records is displaying on the "CUSTOM" subtab that is provided.  

I was wondering if anyone knew how to move this list from the CUSTOM to our new Contents subtab.
