Assign Non-Preferred Packing Slip to Custom Item Fulfillment Transaction Form?
Here is the scenario - We have a custom item fulfillment transaction form that is only used for one customer. It's only purpose is to add an additional column field with their part number for our items. We need this part number to print on packing slips. I created a custom packing slip to make sure this column is printed. This packing slip is not preferred because we don't want this column printed for our other customers.
You can't assign the packing slip to the custom item fulfillment form; only the preferred packing slip is usable in NetSuite.
I'm guessing this is an enhancement request as I've exhausted everything I can think of.
