Customized Packing Slip

Hi,

I am trying to work out how to generate a customized packing slip that suits our needs.  I am not sure if it's even possible, so I am keen to see if anyone else has done something similar.

Basically, we split our large fulfilments up into boxes and we provide a single packing slip.  Say, for example, we sell 500 Widgets.  We might have 5 boxes with 100 widgets in each box and the packing slip will have 5 lines, one for each box:

Box 1 - Widget - 100
Box 2 - Widget - 100
Box 3 - Widget - 100
Box 4 - Widget - 100
Box 5 - Widget - 100
