Employee Restrictions from a Custom Field
Has anyone ever applied Employee Restrictions from a custom field? We have three major groups of employees that are assigned to our customers: [LIST=1]
[*]Sales Reps - the existing Employee Restrictions work well for this allowing them to look at their own entities while filtering everything else that does not have them listed as the Sales Rep. We have this field set to "Own and Subordinates only" on the employee restrictions.
[*]Internal Support Reps - we have a custom field identifying who is assigned from our office to this account.
[*]Field Support Reps - we have a custom field identifying the employee who visits this customer.
