Sourcing Contact Email from Specific Contact Role

I need to create an Entity Field that is sourced from the CRM Lists : Contact Role.
But I need it to be filtered by only a specific role, i.e. 'Primary Contact'

The desired outcome is that I need to be able to use this field 'Entity Body Field : Primary Contact' to be used in a workflow that will email the primary contact.

I have tried several things, I will explain what I think it should be.

FIELDS FOR ENTITY FIELD: PRIMARY CONTACT

Type: Free Form Text // I kind of think it would be list so I can choice a list/record, but this has to mach the type of 'Email' field.
