Custom picklist field by Role
Looking for some help here, cannot find any information in Suite Answers.
We would like to create a custom pick list field for our support cases that can be filtered by role and customer. We are trying to use the portal for customers to open up support tickets, and when they place this ticket they only want to have certain options to choose from.
Example
We want to have a field called project that we want to our internal support to have a full list of options for this customer, but we want customer to only see one option to chose from in the portal.
