Overnight change in forms

Printed forms such as Standard Cash Sale and Custom Cash Sale (not sure yet about others) changed overnight. Fields are being shown that are not selected to be shown.  Going into our busiest week of the year and I can't give customers receipts because it shows LAST PURCHASE PRICE among other unwanted fields.
