HTML Online Forms - Mandatory Fields Broken

Hi,

Has anyone else suffered with HTML Online forms on a custom record no longer showing errors against unpopulated mandatory fields and the records being created with blank fields?

We have started to suffer this since the last version update, just wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this?
