HTML code exposed on emailed invoice

A customer emailed us this morning requesting new copies of invoices because the two most recent invoices had the HTML exposed, causing what she referred to as "garbage". I see the coding on the email she forwarded to me, but when I forward the original email or select to send a new invoice to myself out of NetSuite, everything looks fine. Any ideas why she would be seeing this if I'm not?

This is what she's getting in her email. The info in the Bill To and Invoice fields is not missing, I've just removed it for privacy.
