Item Options not showing in the Drop Ship PO

All,
Created Item Options on SO, and these fields are available for Sale and Purchase and for all items. However the values I have given in SO is not carried over to the corresponding line item of the drop ship PO. I am seeing the fields as empty in PO, but the values are not carried over. Am I missing something?
