Default custom PO form when issuing a PO against a Blanket PO?

We have a custom PO form that we use.  However, when issuing a PO against a Blanket PO, we utilize a different custom PO form.  The problem is that, by default, when I schedule releases against the blanket PO, the PO is created against the original default custom form, not the one I've created specifically for blanket POs. 

Is there a way to set up a Default PO form that is used when scheduling releases against the Blanket PO?
